Let’s take Laiya, San Juan for today.
This list features some resorts in Laiya for families or barkadas looking for overnight accommodations from the high-end ones to the more affordable ones. See which one fits your budget.
Estimated budget does not include transportation and other expenses outside the resort. There’s one where you can have comfortable accommodation between P500 to P600. And there’s one where for around P4,000 all-in (accommodation, meals, use of resort facilities) per person, you can have the perfect weekend vacation.
Paseo Verde Beach Resort
Group of: 16 persons
Estimated Budget per Person: Around P563/pax for room accommodation only. Guests can bring and cook their own food in the resort.
Suggested Accommodation: Caseta Pureza or Caseta Gracia

Check-in: 3PM | Check-out: 2PM the next day
Amenities: fully air-conditioned, private restroom complete with shower & lavatory, mini‐kitchen with two burner gas stove, personal refrigerator, hot & cold water dispenser with one 5 gal. of purified water

Sigayan Bay Beach Resort

Reminder/s: Children 7 years old and below are free of charge as long as sharing room with adults and no extra bed is required. Additional P800.00 will be charged on full board meals for

Acuatico Beach Resort
Group of 6 persons
Estimated Budget per Person: P5,000 for room accommodation and breakfast only
Suggested Accommodation: Estancia
Overnight Rate: P21,400
Check-in: 1pm | Check-out: 11am the next day
Inclusions: room accommodation, daily breakfast, complimentary bottled water, all day complimentary coffee and tea, use of resort facilities, use of water sports facilities (kayak and pedal boat), service charge and applicable taxes
Reminder/s: Bringing of food is not allowed. Since you’ll be checking in at 1pm, you can have lunch beforehand. Breakfast the following day is included in the accommodation rate, so that means you’d only dine in at the restaurant for dinner.
