She’s always been a darling to everyone and we’ve always love how her powerful voice effortlessly amazes us each time she performs. As Penelope Matanguihan, Mataasnakahoy’s singing sweetheart, pursues her dream in The Voice of the Philippines, Batangueños are cheering proudly.
You must have first seen Penelope on TV when she joined GMA 7’s Pinoy Idol. She finished 7th place in the competition and later on got to perform in then reformatted Sunday variety show, S.O.P.
Penny, as she is commonly called, has never took a break from singing. And we’re glad to be among those people who never stopped believing in what this Batangueña can do. Finally, here’s another great chance for Penny to share her talent to the world. The Voice of the Philippines’ stage is now set for Penelope Matanguihan.
