Today November 28, 2014, the Mutya ng Batangas Swimwear Competition was held at the Imperial Resort in Taal, Batangas. Mr. Ritch Atienza and Ms. Jing Segismundo hosted the event, and they greeted the guests with a warm welcome and entertained all with their witty remarks. Taal Mayor Michael Montenegro and Vice Mayor Pong Mercado were also there to show their support.
The Board of Judges were composed of : Mr. Arvin Daryl Jay Gaffud, Mr. Alex Revelar, Ms. Tina Ganzon, Ms. Andrea Elisondo and Mr. Norvie Tubana. They scrutinized each candidate on their Body Physique, Beauty and Projection. It was noteworthy that all the candidates performed and gave their best to represent their Town or City. Most were nervous but excited at the same time.
To lighten the mood, the candidates were given a chance to address the audience with a casual interview. Some showed off their talent and also answered why they joined Mutya ng Batangas.
After the event, some candidates needed to be attended to because of nausea and headache. Some of them didn’t even eat breakfast to make them look slimmer in front of the judges. But all in all, the event was a success. Hope you guys enjoy the photos!
Even us in the audience don’t have a clear idea of who will win this year’s Best in Swimsuit. The Talent Competition is on for tonight. Watch out for the photos of that. Best of luck ladies!
