Without any biases or anything, a lot of people would agree that they deserve more than what they’re getting. Aside from our parents, they are the ones responsible for molding us into better individuals.
We are celebrating World Teacher’s Day today. Almost every school around the country is celebrating this special day for our teachers. It is just right that we honor their hard work and give thanks for everything they have done and are still doing for all of us.
Just this morning, I attended the recognition ceremony for us LET passers and for the newly licensed criminologists in Lipa CIty Colleges. I was tasked to give a testimonial speech. Honestly, I did not prepare a speech because I want the words to come out naturally. Surprisingly, I was overwhelmed as I recall the hardships we’d been through as we prepare ourselves for the board exam.
Holding back the tears, I thank all our mentors, for if not because of them, we couldn’t have done what we’ve accomplished. Pardon me for making this post too personal but it’s our day. Yes, I may not be practicing my profession yet, but the teacher in me prevails today.
Dear Sir, Ma’am, Teacher, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for keeping the passion to help us become achievers, and the determination to make us become better people.
HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY!
