Guidelines for Areas Under Modified General Community Quarantine
SCHOOL
Face to Face learning may be conducted in Higher Education (HEIs)
As long as there is:
- Strict compliance with minimum health standards.
- Consultation with Local Government Units
- Compliance with guidelines issued by CHED
- No activities that involve Mass Gatherings.
For K-12 Education Basic Education Learning and continuity plan of DepEd Shall be Adopted.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Road, rail, maritime, and aviation sectors of Public Transportation shall operate at a reduced operational and vehicle capacity.
In accordance with guidelines issued by DOTr.
- One (1 meter) distance between passengers shall be observed.
- Private vehicles are allowed, subject to DOTr Guidelines.
ALLOWED INDUSTRIES
All Public and Private Construction Projects shall be allowed.
But with strict compliance to the construction safety guidelines issued by the DPWH for the implementation of infrastructure projects during the COVID19 Pandemic.
Category I-IV Industries shall be allowed to operate at FULL CAPACITY.
EXCEPT:
Barbershops, salons, and other personal care services establishments (Phase reopening)
Dine-in service in food retail establishments such as supermarkets, grocery stores, and food preparation establishments (Maximum of 50% Capacity)
Other Category IV industries at a Maximum of FIFTY Percent (50%) operational capacity.
Work in government office may be at FULL Operational Capacity, or under alternative work arrangements.
In accordance with CSC regulations.
Acquired Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations may resume full operations.
MOVEMENT OF PERSONS
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR NON-CONTACT SPORTS AND OTHER FORMS OF EXERCISES ARE ALLOWED
Such as: walking, jogging, running, biking, golf, swimming, tennis, badminton, equestrian, skateboarding. Provided that social distancing protocols are observed. No sharing of equipment.
MASS GATHERING ALLOWED AT FIFTY PERCENTS(50%) CAPACITY
Such as but not limited to movie screenings, concerts, sporting events, entertainment activities, community assemblies, and non-essential work gatherings.
Religious gatherings shall be allowed under the guidelines, as issued by the IATF.
ALL PERSONS ARE ALLOWED TO GO OUTSIDE THEIR RESIDENCES.
Work in all public and private offices may be allowed to resume physical reporting at work at full operating capacity.
With alternative work arrangements for persons who are sixty(60) years old above, those with immuno-deficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women.
RETURN-TO-WORK PROTOCOLS FOR PRIVATE COMPANIES
- Work-from-home as a default setup; onsite as an exception.
- Private shuttles required for workers.
- Antibody Testing and Confirmatory PCR.
SAFE DISTANCING
- At least 1 meter apart.
- Reconfigured workspaces
- Markers in Public Places
- No work if showing symptoms
