Lipa Bank Inc. a rural bank since 1959.
Lipa City Development Bank is a domestic – stock corporation and holds the distinction as the country’s first private development bank. It was organized under R.A No. 85 (creating the Rehabilitation Finance Corporation, now the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) ) and at present operates under R.A No. 4093, as amended, otherwise known as the Private Development Bank’s Act.
