Tagline is used by a municipality to promote what is worthy of being, well, promoted. It’s like the ‘selling phrase’ so tourists and investors would go to their town and boost the economy and tourism of their homeland.
Just like Department of Tourism.
We learned of the tagline of these Batangas municipalities and cities during our coverage of the first public presentation of Mutya ng Batangan 2011 candidates.

Totoo yan, Icame from other municipal of Batangas, but I know na ang atchara from Calaca ang binibili ng mother ko kapag nagdadala ako dito sa US.
San Luis not mentioned, Home of Merchants and Traders of goods and services to different parts of the country.
