HISTORY

Other succeeding principals follows. This includes Messrs. Schartz, Zacarias Canent, Isaias Maclang and Nad Pascual Magcamit. By the year 1905, the school was renamed as Batangas Trade School until it was destroyed by a fire on 1928. Classes were temporary held at the Basilica Immaculada Conception Parish, Batangas City’s Roman Catholic Church until on 1932, when the reconstruction of the school was finally accomplished. By the start of World War II, classes were temporarily stopped due to the Japanese invasion and bombardment. It was only on September 10, 1945 after the Philippine Liberation when classes resumed academic activities with Mr. Vicente J. Mendoza as the principal. Later, Batangas Trade School began admitting female students on 1948 when additional courses in food trades, garments and cosmetology were offered.

I live in Nasugbu and would like to hire a computer student or graduate part-time to teach me to build websites. Just using the free website design software that is on the internet, not the very technical aspects of it. I’m at 0915-8472264.

Batangas State University, dapat hindi UB ang “biggest” university in the province kasi BSU has 11 campuses through-out Batangas while UB has uhmm… 3 campuses I guess. So BSU should be the biggest University in Batangas.

does anyone from BSU know how much an estimated cost of tuition fees per semester? My daughter will be enrolling this coming school year in engineering. I just want to know some details, not necessarily the exact amount, at least close to it. Thanks for anyone who could able to extend their help regarding my concern? Take care

Hi, I am Maricris Arenas Manuel, and my sister, Emilyn Arenas Perez will support the studies of Dizel Adante on your school this year. My sister is based in Canada and she requested me to inquire if Dizel Adante is really enrolled on your school and how much is the tuition fee for this school year or per semester. She just would like to check if her mother is asking for the correct amount from her. I hope you can help us and if we can call you directly, please inform us your number. I am based here in Manila and currently working in IBM Phils.

just want to give comments on how the teachers of BSU-IS Prep and Primary levels teaches. Academically, they are fine but psychologically and behaviorally they are sucks!!! they are corrupting the innocent mind of the child… they shows favoritism among the students… they are giving opportunities only to few students in which their parents have close relationship with the teachers (“sip-sip”)… imagine, there is this one kid i know, in one of his subject, all of his quizzes, seat works, long and short tests, even the first periodical exam, all were 90++ or even much higher, and the final grade in the report card for the first grading is only 83… what the hell??? the reason behind it, according to the teacher is, the kid has a low grade in recitation… when the kid was asked he said he was always raising his hands during recitation but was not called even once, but his classmate(which is on top) was always called not only once or twice… then the teacher asked, who is this kid??? where is his seats??? i am not familiar with this kid… the kid also said that sometimes he does not want to raise his hands anymore, “di naman po ako tinatawag, lagi nalang sila”… but i know this kid is intelligent.
sabihin mo kasi sa batang yan, tumambling, kumandirit at magsplit para mapansin ng teacher..
For me, BSU as of now still not so good for a good education. There are so many extra curricular activities that is not related to a course. The number of hours required in a student for a certain course is not enough because of this extra curricular activities. Like at this date, almost one week BSU is celebrating a foundation day in which all the student are not going to school. Also, the student is required to have a thesis in which almost one semester and even more is not enough just to finish their thesis. Compare before, during our school years, our days in school was concentrated almost in studies and even we don’t have ojt. Our teachers before were all from famous Manila universities. But now, even we are in a modern technology, one graduate still no enough knowledge with their course. If only during our times, we have this modern technology with the same way we finished our course, may be, we, the pioneer of BSU can be considered the greatest graduates.
this will be my alma mater 🙂
