Bamboo Live in Concert: An Electrifying Conclusion for Yamaha Fiesta 2010

Free movie pass, free meals, free resort accommodation, VIP pass on our favorite band concert. This is what it’s like to be a WOWBatangas team member. Yeah! 🙂

Last night was a crazy night. It’s the last day of the Yamaha Fiesta 2010 nationwide road show at SM City Lipa. After taking pictures of the Yamaha motorcycles on display inside the SM Lipa premise, we proceeded to the concert venue. The culminating activities of the 3-day show were the Yamaha motorcycle exhibitions and the free concert of Bamboo featuring Imago and Paraluman.

The concert started at around 8pm, with first performances from Paraluman, and then a Yamaha contest, until Imago came and enticed the crowd with their hits. The crowd was, well, quite ‘behaved’. After Imago’s performance, another Yamaha contest was done, making the crowd a little more excited for the main act of the night. Bamboo came. And everyone went gaga.

I’m a huge fan of Bamboo and it was definitely worth the wait. The team was as excited as everybody was and we just can’t wait to see Bamboo perform. Since we have VIP passes, we settled our selves near the stage and stood on our monobloc chairs, just as others did. Until Bamboo stirred our party nerves and we suddenly heard ourselves singing along with their hits like Noypi, Tatsulok, Hallelujah, Rivermaya songs such as Elesi and Awit ng Kabataan, and a few more songs off from their latest album.

It was a fun, fun ending for the Yamaha Fiesta 2010 here in Batangas. Thanks to SM City Lipa and to Yamaha of course. And yes, thank you for reliving the subsiding Bamboo fan in all of us.

P.S.
I fell in love with Ira Cruz. Over Again. 🙂
