We were once again invited to the opening of a Camella Project, this time to Solamente in Batangas City. The launch started with a mass in Brgy. Alangilan, then a motorcade to Brgy. Soro Soro (the site of Camella Solamente) and the rest of Batangas City.
Solamente means “one and only” in Spanish, and according to Camella this new community is designed to become a haven, a “paradise of greens with blossoms that remind one of lively Spanish Villages.” The project is the 8th subidivision of Camella in the province of Batangas. As with the opening of Camella Taal, Sen. Manny Villar graced the occassion and addressed sales agents and prospective buyers of the the new project.

Camella Solamente boasts of a community well designed for the family for their safety, recreation and living the “dream life.” Aside from a wide array of choices for their house, the subdivision has a Club House, a basketball court, swimming pool, and playground. It is also great to note that project has a very accessible location, just a few hundred meters from the Batangas exit of Star Tollway, and very close to the port of Batangas via the diversion road. This location actually suits parents who travel a lot, both using the port and the toll road.
And of course, Sen. Villar takes the stage and leads the toast to the new project.
