Organized by the Beauty Queen – Maker of Lipa City, Mr. Jun Magana, Mutya ng Fernando ’09 served as the highlight of Fernando Air Base Fiesta Celebration. Eight equally beautiful and smart young women representing the zones and villages in FAB, vied for the said title.
