Day 1
As early as 6 in the morning, participants assembled for a parade to start the Celebration of 4th Bay-Ongan Festival and 45th Founding Anniversary of the municipality of Laurel. LGUs, Karakol Groups, Dep Ed Personnel, Contest Participants, and Float from different establishments graced the parade. Right after the parade, a Holy Mass was immediately started and the blessing of the New LGU- acquired vehicles.
The first day of the festival included the street dance competition. It was lunch time when the competition started. Geared up with their colorful costume, students from different Barangays which is divided into four clusters polished the gym with their graceful performances. They were all truly talented! From their costumes to performances, they were all deserved to be winners. Before they announce the winner, Wenceslao faculty and students performed a special number.

Cluster 4- Sta. Maria, San Gabriel, San Gregorio, Ticub

Day 2
The second day of the celebration started with the Tilapia Cook Fest. Right after the cook fest, the program for Cheer Dance Competition proceeded. Thirteen Barangays from Municipality of Laurel competed for the title.

Day 3
Third day celebration started with the Boxing Playoffs. Ten pairs from different Barangay of Laurel vied for the prizes. Alright! The gym was filled with audience in the afternoon as contenders for Boxing Playoffs warmed up. The crowd was very excited for every match.

The last part of the third day was full of excitement as the LGU night started. A glance at the three-day celebration and the newly developed website of Municipality of Laurel was presented. Right after the messages of the guest speaker and Mayor Randy James Amo, the LGUs prepared for their special presentation. Their production was truly entertaining as they portrayed different characters (mostly local artists). Right after their colorful performance, plaques/ certificates was awarded and a band performed.
That was the colorful three days celebration of 4th Bay-Ongan Festival and 45th Founding Anniversary of Municipality of Laurel, Batangas.
