The climax of the celebration is over and done. Hello, 2013!
We hope you had a blast last night for the New Year countdown and we hope it’s not literal blast you had or anything bad.
2013, just like any other year will come and go. And I believe that it’s up to us how we make the most out of every year that God is still giving us.
How do we make 2013 better than any that had passed?
Keeping your resolutions
Welcoming January 1st each year is incomplete without thinking of our goals and resolutions we probably have been making for years – some were triumphantly done while some always making a come back on the list each year.
How do we keep our New Year’s resolutions? Some few tips across the web say your resolutions must be realistic. Don’t list entries that you know very well would not happen in an instant like being a millionaire. That should be on the wish list and that’s if you’re betting on the lottery.
Write down your resolutions so you can keep them on track. You tend to forget things when you don’t see them often. Have a journal or write your resolutions somewhere you can see everyday like the door of your closet or your office table.
Be specific. Instead of saying you’ll live a healthier lifestyle, cut it down into more detailed entries like stay on your average weight, drink less alcohol, hit the gym thrice a week, and so on.
Keep holding good vibes
We all have different ways to keep good vibes coming. There are people who naturally carries positive vibes that are too bright to ignore so surround yourself with positive people.
Thinking how you to make the entire 2013 a happy year is too much to consume especially if you would look at it as a whole. So take things in stride. Live life one day at a time. And make each day fruitful and worthwhile. Surely you’ll be having those bad days but life is beautiful and short. Live it.
No regrets, just love.
Sometimes, life is so sweet it lets a fairy tale to happen. Finding love may be the hardest thing for others while there are some who unfortunately have given up on the magic it brings.
When you have the kind of love that makes you truly happy, don’t let go. If you’re not brave enough to take risks, you might be missing the chance in finding true love.
If you failed, if you got your heart broken, don’t turn your back at love. Perhaps it’s not just meant for you. Maybe that was just not the right time, or the right love for you. All these are such cliché-sounding but they’re true.
Be brave. Take chances. Live to love and love to live.
And of course, hard work and perseverance should always reign in your career motivations. A well-balance life is a meaningful life.
HAVE A FRUITFUL 2013 EVERYONE! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
