In their advocacy to uplift and improve incomes and sustainability of micro and medium scale business enterprises, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) has once again staged S&T products through TIKME (Teknolohiya at Inobasyon, Kaagapay ng Micro Enterprises) at Taal Social Plaza, Taal, Batangas, August 1.
TIKME is a food expo that exhibits delicacies, and products handmade by Batangueños who had undergone a series of training and seminar from DOST.
TIKME, which is a local term for “pinch of taste”, literally branded the event from which exhibitors offer free tastes for everyone to recognize their products.
TIKME will be served to the public until August 3, Saturday, and will culminate the event through special awards and recognitions for the exhibitors.
