Batangas is not just the “wedding venue of the stars”, the province is also among the top choices of local celebrities where they can invest their hard-earned money from showbusiness. Like acquiring hectares of farm land or building vacation houses by the beach.
Among the local celebrities who own properties here in Batangas are celebrity couple Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales-Muhlach (they have a family vacation house in Mataasnakahoy), ‘King of Talk’ Boy Abunda (who owns a sanctuary-like weekend house in Lipa City), and the ‘Queen of Philippine Movies’ Susan Roces (who owns a poultry farm in San Jose).
While there are those who own private properties, others ventured into developing resorts here in Batangas. We also learned that the Kapamilya network’s ultimate hunk, Piolo Pascual, is on to developing a resort in Mabini. Now that’s a scoop. Haha. Ang alam ko din may land properties din dito sina Sharon Cuneta, Marvin Agustin, at ang BFF ni Anabelle Rama na si Amalia Fuentes.
Investing on land properties is a wise move for celebrities, well as a matter of fact, that goes for any individual who wants to make their money grow. But why did these huge names in the entertainment industry choose Batangas?

Ang alam lang namin, at alam nating lahat, ay maganda dito sa Batangas. Siguro kasi nakuha sa magandang deal, or dahil maganda ang klima dito sa atin. Dahil malapit sa Maynila kung saan umiikot ang mga buhay nila bilang mga artista, TV host, direktor, o producer.
Masayang marinig na nahulog ang loob ng mga celebrities na ito sa ating probinsya dahil sa maganda dito at mababait ang mga tao. Magandang point of attraction yun para sa Batangas.
Saka yung gigising ka isang umaga at mauutusang bumili ng sabon sa tindahan, tapos pagtawid mo, dadaan yung poging kotse ni Aga Muhlach at sya ang nagda-drive? Ay, heaven! 😀
