It can help you enhance your muscle strength and endurance. It is also a good exercise for your lungs and cardio-vascular system. Aside from the recreation and relaxation aspects of swimming, do you know it could also help you burn calories?

Where to swim? It’s no surprise that Batangas possesses some of the best beaches in the country. Country clubs and pools for professional training are also scattered in different areas here.

5. Running

On July 25, there will be a triathlon event in Matabungkay, Lian and a 15-kilometer run would be the third part of this extremely physical endurance test. Running away from something? No, it’s not what I mean. Run towards something, my dear. Run for a healthy lifestyle!
