Faith Colleges in Tanauan, Batangas has yet again proven its excellence in the academe as The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) recently declared FAITH as an authorized IB World School for Diploma Programme in its Senior High School.
Under the IB Diploma Programme, students will undertake activities that enhance social, cultural and economic environments locally, nationally, and even internationally.
“Ever since we started the school 25 years ago, it has always been our dream to put world-class education within reach of Batanguenos, who otherwise would need to travel to Manila to avail of this kind of education,” said Dr. Brian Belen, President of FAITH Colleges. “This is an important step towards realizing that dream.”
In a recent media release, FAITH announced that the IB Diploma Programme will be offered next school year (2025-2026) and will be available to incoming Grade 11 students.

According to ibo.org, the Diploma Programme (DP) curriculum is made up of six subject groups and the DP core, comprising theory of knowledge (TOK), creativity, activity, service (CAS) and the extended essay.Through the Diploma Programme (DP) core, students reflect on the nature of knowledge, complete independent research and undertake a project that often involves community service.
