Mt. Gulugod Baboy in Mabini lies 525 meters above sea level. The peak will give you stunning views of the Maricaban Strait, Sombrero Island, Batangas Bay, Mt. Daguldul, Mt. Maculot, Mt. Batulao, Mindoro at the distant, and even the ridges of Tagaytay.
This is one of the frequented outdoor destinations in Batangas during Holy Week, and alternative to the more popular Mt. Maculot in Cuenca.
The photo below was taken by Angelo Fán in 2012 when he was tasked to take pictures of the beautiful places of the municipality of Mabini.
Aren’t the luscious shades of green so refreshing in the eye?
Take a tour of Mt. Gulugod Baboy this summer and explore more of Mabini over the mountain or under the sea.
