Automated election how-to’s, Paano nga ga bumoto gamit ang Automated Election Machine?
Una, wag kalimutang dalhin and inyong voters’ ID or any identification together with your registration stub (ito namang reg. stub ay para sa mga bagong botante). Upon arriving at your precinct, check your name on the voters list. Minsan hindi madaling makita kung saang presinto tayo nakalista kaya para mapaghandaan ang ganitong mga aberya, pumunta ng maaga sa mga presinto para hindi tayo abutin ng pagsasara ng botohan. Matapos makita ang iyong presinto, secure a ballot from the Board of Election Inspector (BEI), sila naman ay naroon upang mag-assist sa ating mga botante.
Kapag nareceive nyo na ang ballot, siguraduhin na ito ay walang marka. Dapat talaga ay malinis ito at walang kahit anong mga shades. 
Unlike previous elections, the ballots for the automated elections only need to be shaded. Shade your votes properly. Para ka lang nagsasagot sa mga answersheets sa NCEE, NSAT, NCAE. Huwag magshshade ng dalawa o higit pa sa mga nakatalagang bilang sa napiling posisyon. Hal. sa pagkapangulo, wag mong huwag mong ishshade ang bilog sa tabi ni Juan at ni Pedro dahil magiging invalid lamang ang boto mo, sayang naman. Sabi nga, “touch Move”. Be careful in shading the ovals next to the candidates’ names. Paniguradong irereject ng machine ang mga items na hindi nashaded properly or yung mga nafilled out with anything aside from a shade tulad ng checks at crosses.
Matapos ang pagshshade sa mga bilog sa tabi ng mga pinag-isipang kandidatong iyong ibinoto, feed the ballot to the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS). The machine will validate your ballot tapos ay makakatanggap ka ng confirmation message on the machines’ screen. Your vote has been casted. Hindi ba’t napakasimple lamang ng proseso? Ang kailangan lang nating gawin ay maging extra careful sa pagshshade ng mga circles. Tandaan ang mga sinasabi ng mga teachers natin noon kapag nagsasagot tayo ng answer sheets sa NEAT at NSAT, “Ishade ng mabuti ang mga bilog at baka di mabasa ng computer!”

For the average person wanting to get started they should look at the AB Slide or Torso Track II which do the job, are cost effective, movable and easy to store. Most machines enhance regular exercise and gym regimes but what you need to investigate before paying out the money is what muscles they actually work on. If they do not tone up both the ab muscles and the oblique’s then do not buy that machine because you cannot obtain the ultimate six pack if you do not work on these muscles.
