Batangas Lakelands | Balete, Batangas

In line with the celebration of Philippine Environment Month, Batangas Lakelands launches another outdoor destination that offers a guided walking tour inside its nature-centric 20-hectare leisure enclave.

The “Big Walk” is pandemic safe and perfect for those who wanted to reconnect with nature and for those who wanted an adventure to celebrate nature. This tour includes a 2000-meter walk along the trails and paths of Batangas Lakelands.

Currently, they are showcasing 36 different trees, representing 1% of Philippines’ known tree species. It also features instagrammable bridges made of bamboo, known as “The Bridges of Batangas Lakelands”.

The package also includes a FREE Souvenir shirt and FREE access to Batangas Lakeland’s Biking Facility.

The nature-guided tour is available every Saturday of June 2021. The tour will educate us not only about the Philippines’ know tree species but would also teach us to value Mother Nature and the best part is all proceeds of the tour are donated to FAITH Botanic Gardens Foundation.

Soon they will add not just local trees but also species from Asian countries and more activities like zipline, picnic, and more.
