You, what social networking site are you using? Social networking sites are the most powerful tools for people who decided to bring their endeavors online. Social networking sites are not just meant for socializing online, and I bet you all know that.
There are lots of businessmen who brought their businesses online. Well, it’s the cheapest marketing tool, so why not utilize it? Social networking sites are also very effective in promoting your organization’s advocacy. Television programs realized the benefit of social networking sites and are now religiously checking their accounts on-air.
When the country was hit by Ondoy last year, Filipinos utilized the advantages of Facebook and Twitter in the search and rescue operations on the affected regions. The spirit of bayanihan was brought online. This was how Filipinos realized the good things in these social networking sites.
I wonder how many Batangueños can we find in these social networks? As of today, Aug. 17 (10:14am) we have 30,339 supporters in our Facebook Page. These are Batangueños in various parts of the country and the world who are on Facebook. Thirty thousand plus and counting. Yey! 🙂
Social networks bridge gaps among people who are separated by circumstances, time, or fate. And through these social networks, lives brought apart are now linked and can be made even stronger.
Most of our supporters are Batangueño OFWs who often tell us hwo they miss home. That is why we’re here for. We bring Batangas closer to you, no matter where you are.
