I am one of the fortunate people who have seen the hidden beauty of Balete. It is wise choice to be at this place. My first time to step at the very stunning scenery of this town was extremely a magnificent experience. I had witnessed unusual things such as “pamamana” and “pamamaril”. I was amazed by their odd tools in fishing like batyaw and baril de bomba. I had never seen these things before until I came here at Balete.
The glowing Saturday, March 06, was a brilliant day for us. I was happy seeing my friends’ smiles while watching the view of Taal Lake. The warm welcome of the people added to the intense delight that we were feeiling right at that very moment. We really can’t explain how the feeling was after that one day trip. We are all tired when we arrived home but you know what makes us stand still after that tiring adventure, were the appreciation and enjoyment brewed from that trip. That is the real essence of adventure.
