One of the best subdivision companies in the Philippines finally had their Grand Launch in Taal, Batangas last August 22, 2014.
The motorcade started on-site in Brgy. Buli, Taal, Batangas and traversed all throughout Taal,and the neighboring towns of Lemery, Sta. Teresita, Bauan and Calaca. Joining the parade are the staff of Camella Taal, brokers, and even some clients.
They made their presence felt until lunch time, but the celebration wasn’t over yet as Sen. Manny Villar graced the Grand Launch Party at Casa Cecilia, Taal, Batangas, after visiting the site in Brgy. Buli.
It was a night of culture, tradition, food and fun, as the guests were all treated to a string quartet, performances of local artists, presentation of the model houses, and of course, the much-awaited speech from Sen. Villar.
Sen. Villar admits that “Camella Taal is a diamond project” and one of the best sites of the company so far. He expressed gratitude to the residents and government officials of Taal for preserving not only the old houses of our ancestors, but also the culture of hospitality of Batangueños and all Filipinos in general.
The brokers were also a highlight of his speech, when he said that Camella Taal brokers are capable of carrying other products of Vista Land (including Brittany, Crown Asia and more) in the whole Philippines, meaning they are given more opportunities to earn as they encounter clients with different needs and requirements.
From our point of view as guests, we noticed the commitment of Camella in providing Batanguenos with a good place to live in and raise their families. Moreover, we appreciate the fact that Camella adapts to the local culture in terms of design and landscape.
