A total of 4,002 scouts from different towns and cities all over Batangas gathered for the 18th Provincial Jamborette (Batangas Council). Together with their mayors and district superintendents, the scouts will spend four days at the camp site in Brgy. San Pedro, Malvar, Batangas, from Feb. 3-7.
The guest speaker in the opening ceremony is the National BSP Secretary General, Jose Rizal C. Pangilinan. The program was attended by Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto, Vice Gov. Mark Leviste, Malvar Mayor Tita Reyes, and other guests from the provincial capitol. This year’s theme: Scouts Creating A Better World.
