The Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), the flagship national housing project of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., is set to build 14 mid-rise condominiums with a total of 4,608 housing units in the municipality of Balete.
Yesterday, officials from The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), PAG-IBIG Fund and the Local Government Unit of Balete, Batangas gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony of Balete Lakeview Residences–the tripartite’s project at Barangay Malabanan, Balete, Batangas.
4PH is a national housing project that aims to provide Filipino workers with their own homes subsidized by Pag-IBIG fund and DHSUD. This subsidy may equate up to a 5% reduction of the borrower’s outstanding loan interest rate which will make a low-income Filipino worker’s dreams of owning a home more attainable.
The 4PH housing program aims to build one million housing units per annum from 2023-2028 and is expected to attain its goal of zero Informal Settler Families (ISF) by its final year.
