Anti-Littering Law vs. Pinoy Litterbugs

Yesterday, the Anti-Littering Law was again implemented in Metro Manila as the MMDA environmental officers are out to hunt litterbugs around the metro.

Think of the positive result.

How do you make the world a better place?

Eeew.

The MMDA environment enforcers themselves must carry out the proper actions in implementing this Anti-Littering Law. One fear of many is the possible avenue (again) for corruption. Where shall the collected fines go? We hope it would be alloted for trash cans to be scattered in public. And oh, let’s all pray the collected fines will land on safe, clean hands, you know.

Mga kaibigan, konting disiplina lang ang kailangan. Hindi ga?
