The province of Batangas has loads of events to start off 2014. From our very own calendar, there are a couple of municipalities and cities celebrating their fiesta this month. Don’t even hesitate to come and feel the Batangueño spirit.

First on our Batangueño bucketlist is to witness the Batangas City Fiesta on January 16. Batangas City has already put up a mini-Divisoria in the city’s plaza for locals and tourists to go to.

They have been showcasing different types of goods from the ever-famous kapeng barako to sets of balisong.

Don’t be afraid to wander off and get lost in the city with some of your friends. The adventure would be a story worth telling. Whether you go on the day of the fiesta itself or not, you’ll surely enjoy the hospitality of the locals.
