How to Overcome Laziness When at Work

How often are you being struck with laziness? Haha. Too bad if it hits you every single day.

I woke up on the wrong right side of the bed, literally. Then off to morning habits in a trying-hard-as-fast-as-I-can way. Nakakawindang. Then someone picked me up from our house and dropped me off the office. Mabuti na lang.

So after battling with the villain we call laziness, I decided to share some tips on how to overcome laziness especially when you’re at your workplace.

1. Stand and walk around. Your chair could probably be complaining of you being so restless sitting there. Get up on your feet and try walking around.

2. Don’t just stand and walk around. I said it. Instead of just roaming around your workplace which your officemates might find weird, have small talks with them for a little chitchat won’t hurt the entire company I suppose.

3. Hanapin si Focus. With laziness comes losing of focus at mahirap yun. Soundtrip, yosi break (oops), whatever.

4. Magdrawing/Magsulat. This could help you re-align your thoughts at baka sakaling maisip mong hindi ka dapat tamarin.

5. Get out of your workplace.

Bow.

Happy (un)lazy Thursday! 😉
