Vista Land introduces Lessandra in Batangas

As the old adage says, “The more, the merrier,” which is very true in Batangas as we’ll surely grow more Batangueño families with the newest wide-range cost housing unit of Vista Land and Lifescapes, the Lessandra.

Located at only 300 meters away from the main gate of Lima Industrial Park, Lessandra is a 13.4-hectare area in Barangay Santiago, Malvar, Batangas that seeks to develop low-cost housing for residential owners and investors.

Today, Lessandra-Malvar promoted its quality yet affordable housing by motorcade from Robinsons Lipa to Malvar where brokers, sales managers, and property consultants joined. The Model House Groundbreaking was conducted right after the motorcade where the masterplan and development blueprint was unveiled.

Marketing Head Camille Natividad remarked that this is the very first Lessandra project in Batangas and they are aiming to seek not only residential owners but also investors.

“Lessandra markets more on affordable and low-cost housing which we hope will cater to all Filipinos and Batangueños’ needs, in which we complete the package offers from around 1.5M total to at least 6M,” Ms. Natividad said in the interview.

Lessandra residents will get to enjoy not only a short distance from an industrial park but will also get to benefit from their own 200-300 meter roadside commercial space. Amenities for recreational activities will also be developed inside the subdivision.

Engr. Paul Tumaque, production and cluster head of Lessandra-Batangas, added that development is going smoothly with to date percent of completion at almost 69%.

Lessandra-Malvar is targeting total land development completion by 2020 and is expecting first residential move-ins on the first quarter of 2021.

“Kay Lessandra, angat ka dito!” Ms. Camille Natividad said.
