You may avail of the FREE Online Consultation under the following terms and conditions:
1. Online Consultation is valid only during the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
2. A patient must consult through the accepted platforms of the Physicians ONLY and on their provided schedule.
3. Physicians, at any time, may refuse to do digital consultation and refer the patient to physical consultation if deemed necessary.
4. Physicians may or may not require vital signs and the latest test results of the patient (e.g. blood pressure, CBC, FBS). In case a test result is missing but is relevant to the check-up, the Physician may cancel the consultation.
5. Time is of the essence. Prepare all necessary information and the latest test results before the consultation.
6. Only the patient can be given digital prescriptions.
7. Sharing of the conversation between the patient and the Physician by any form is PROHIBITED. Violators will be dealt with accordingly.
8. Digital Consultation from LMMC Doctors is FREE. Do not deal with anyone who claims to be their Secretary or as an affiliate of the Doctor.
