Photography and the enthusiasm to pursue a skill in this form of art have been evident in the recent decade. With the sprouting of digital SLR cameras – some eye-candy, some technical gods – capturing the finest details of could-have-been-forgotten moments is a rewarding experience for Batangueño photographers.
This fact we have proven in the previous photo contests our team had pulled off. Those include the Photo Contests for the Ala Eh! Festival 2011 – Main Event and Town-Level Categories.
The Chairman of the Ala Eh! Festival Photo Contest is JR Cantos, the Team Leader of WOWBatangas.com.

We received a total of 500+ entries since the contest started last September 1, 2011. We are also proud to announce that all Camera Clubs of Batangas supported this event! As well as the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation of Manila.
The Elimination Round Screening Judges are:

The Final Round of Judging was held at the Photo Exhibit Area last December 4, 2011.
Our Final Round Judges are no other than:

3) Mr. George Cabig, the Chairman of the Photoworld Manila 2011
Our top 3 photos for the Main Event Photo Contest – People and Place Category will be exhibited at Glorietta in Makati on January 2012 as part of Philippine Destinations of Photoworld Manila.
And in the culmination of the week-long celebration of the 430th Foundation Anniversary of Batangas, the best entries in the said photo contests were finally announced. The winners for the Ala Eh! Festival Photo Contests are as follow:
