Visit the Ibaan, Batangas page for all information on Ibaan.
Ibaan has a fine culture of celebrating town fiestas and their famed Kulambo Festival.
Kulambo (mosquito net), as known to many people, is Ibaan’s primary product and is really abundant in the whole municipality. With their soft and silky texture that accompanies you at night and keeps your skin from harm, Ibaan’s kulambo were widely known to the province and on neighboring provinces too. Thus, this paved way for the birth of Kulambo Festival.
Every five years, the celebration of Ibaan’s fiesta and foundation day becomes different with additional and more spectacular elements to show people and to thank St. James, their Patron Saint.
Just recently, in an interview with the tourism office of Ibaan, Batangas, the next festival they will present to people is The Les Kuhliembo Festival which stands for tamaLES, KUlambo, Habi, LIEMpo, tuBO. These are relevantly the primary products of Ibaan, Batangas.
We should all look forward to what Ibaan, Batangas will show with The Les Kuhliembo Festival.
