We just came home from attending two big events in the same day. The first one was UP Batangan’s Karibok ang Tuktok 2009 at St. Bridget School in Batangas City where De La Salle Lipa emerged as the overall champion, and the second one was Ginoo at Binibining Lipa 2009, which we had to cut short because we’re already tired from a long day. Not to worry though–we made sure we brought home some good pictures from the latter event.
Here are some pics we took of the event and the contestants. It’s being held (yes it is still ongoing as of 10pm) at Plaza Independencia in front of the San Sebastian Cathedral. Some government officials are there, including Vice Governor Mark Leviste.
Ginoo at Bb. Lipa 09 is organized by the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Lipa and is participated by all of the barangays of the city. We will be posting all of the pics we took on our Facebook Fan Page tomorrow, as well as the announcement of the winners.
